After filling out the meal plan questionnaire pertaining to your health concerns + goals, I’ll create the perfect plan to benefit your dietary needs, restrictions, time constraints and goals. You’ll receive a variety of quick breakfasts, easy-to-make lunches + dinners, healthy snacks and delicious desserts (the best part) to prep for your week!


You might need Custom Meal Planning If:

  • You stare at a full fridge for hours and still end up eating veggies and dip for dinner

  • Every meal contains a salad because you think that’s all you can eat

  • You’re purchasing packaged  foods from the “gluten-free” isle 

  • You’ve received a celiac diagnosis, or want to go gluten free but  don’t know where to start on your journey

  • You're looking for gut healthy recipes to beat your bloat

This meal plan is great for those who prefer to change up their meals frequently.

Receive a four week personalized meal plan filled with delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks + desserts to get you closer to your goals.

This meal plan is for the “I'm ready to make a serious change” men and women out there.

This program will make sure that you:

  • No longer feel uninspired when it comes to creating gluten-free meals that light you up and nourish you

  • Understand that gluten free packaged foods are okay on occasion but should not be the basis of all meals / snacks

  • Still enjoy those comfort foods and desserts that bring you joy, but gluten free!

  • How do I know if I can benefit from 1:1 Coaching?
    If you have tried doing in on your own and it’s not working If it is something that is affecting you on a daily basis Google has not fixed it
  • What can I expect us to work on together?
    Understanding and getting to the root cause of your symptoms Addressing your symptoms first hand and finding remedies to reduce flare-ups , while getting to the root cause Further testing if needed How to navigate the grocery store and ingredient lists Get delicious recipes for all your favourite meals and desserts Improve Mindset to overcome obstacles in your healing journey 9-5 monday to friday messaging with me to answer any questions you have
  • How many sessions will I need?
    Everyone has different needs, as a base I recommend 12 weeks to start to get to the root cause of any issue and to feel results. Hopefully by then you will have the tools to continue, if not we can discuss adding more sessions to help you reach your goals. This is not an overnight fix, healing the gut takes time and patience!
  • Will there be any additional fees?
    We may look into supplements or further testing IF needed, however I will make sure both of these are in your budget before we move forward (supplements are always secondary to food and lifestyle recommendations first) I also have access to discounted supplements if needed.
  • Am I going to have to go on a strict diet?
    Being diagnosed with celiac disease does require a strict diet as the long term effects are critical to your health. I can teach you how I’ve shifted and adjusted to this lifestyle so that you don't feel like you're missing out on foods you used to eat. If you’re not celiac, then I focus more on foods to include into your diet rather than removing a bunch of things that would make you feel restricted. Many people find they are able to tolerate gluten again once gut health is restored.
  • What if I have questions about the meal plan or ingredients after I have made a purchase?
    Feel free to send me a message via email or instagram and I will respond within 48 hours.
  • What if I'm not Celiac? Can we still work together?
    I am happy to work with you even if your not Celiac. Some people have non- celiac gluten sensitivity and react to eating gluten or wheat. This could be a gut health issue and once corrected can even notice tolerance for gluten again!
